Strength: Bench Press
WOD: EMOTM 5min, 5 power snatch @ 60% 1RM
EMOTM 4min, 4 power snatch @ 70% 1RM
EMOTM 3min, 3 power snatch @ 80% 1RM
EMOTM 2min, 2 power snatch @ 90% 1RM
*5 burpees to start each minute round.
