5/7 WOD: 1RM Week! 30/30/1k Row!

CrossFit is so great because it is the great equalizer in the fitness world. Sure there may be a workout that is more suited for one than the other, but the object is to see who is the best well rounded athlete.  This is the ONLY arena where you can have athletes of all sizes, all abilities competing together.  Its not a big guys or little guy sport!  Its an everyone sport!  Heres are the tasks, lets see who can do the most work fastest!  Now go get it!!!!

Strength: Deadlift – Find new 1RM. DO NOT compromise form for weight.
WOD: 3 Rounds of 30 SDLHP, 30 weighted sit-ups, 1K row
Rx: 75/55, L2: 65/45 L1:45/35
