20 Calorie row
30 Burpees (onto 25# plate)
40 Barbell (95-M, 55-W) ground to OH, either snatch or C&J allowed (sub for Dumbbell ground-to-overhead (45lb / 25lb))
50 KTE (instead of TTB)
100 foot Overhead walking lunge (45lb plate / 25lb): do outside the door, weather permitting – measure beforehand 50’ stretch
sprint to 1st or 2nd light pole towards State St and back (sub for 50 foot sprint)
