Open Gym Updates:
We’re excited to announce that we’ve added new open gym times to the calendar!
You can now come into the gym Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:00am until 12:00pm. Please follow our calendar at badgercrossfit.com to stay the most up-to-date on schedule changes. Also, please join our private Facebook group for up-to-the-minute changes or additions.
1. Please RSVP (and check-in) for open gym slots, the same way you should for group classes. If no one is RSVP’d to open gym, we may run errands or go elsewhere.
2. What are you able to work on at open gym?
You can do the workout of the day, work on gymnastics, bodyweight or barbell skills, mobilize, make up a missed lift or skill or accessory, or do coach-approved additional programming. Additional programming includes mass building programs, squat/press/deadlift/bench programs, or additional metabolic conditioning (if you’re doing the accessory work from the rowing club, this is “coach-approved”).
3. Open Gyms do count as a class if you’re on 3x/week monthly membership or a punch card. Unlimited membership is not affected.
