Teams of two:
100 wall-balls. If ball touches ground, 5 burpees.
100 med-ball situps. Partners cannot be closer than four feet away. If ball touches ground, 5 burpees.
Run to near Walgreens with a med-ball, tossing the ball back and forth. If dropped, stop and do 5 burpees.
Once back to the gym, each partner throws a lacrosse ball at a 2×2’ target. Only get 1 try. If you miss, 50 power jacks.
