I have met some amazing people who have helped make my weaknesses into strengths and who have pushed my physical and mental strength further than I could've ever imagined. From day 1, I never thought that I'd be able to power clean my body weight, be able to do handstand push-ups and survive murph without puking?. I'm sad that I couldn't make it in this week but I'll definitely come back for a drop in….or 10.
