On Thanksgiving Day, we will be doing our 4th Annual Turkey Trot – CrossFit-style, by honoring “Clovis.” Clovis is a 10 mile run and 150 burpee pullups, broken up anyhow, scaled any how. The WOD starts PROMPTLY at 8am with Coach Christine as she also needs to be home to cook Turkey for her family! While this is going on, please know that the gym isn’t open to the public, only members. If you want to bring a family member in, please email us and inform us. We care about the safety of all inside our gym.
