Starting this Sunday, member Guillermo Salas will be starting a rowing club, which will be every Sunday, at 10am. The rowing workouts will primarily be form focused, recovery focused, and a great way to spend your Sunday. This 10am class time will not function as an open gym, because there will not be a Level 1 dedicated CrossFit trainer present. Stretching, mobilizing, and rowing are fine, but any gymnastics, lifting, or CrossFit work will need to be saved for class or a dedicated open gym time. Please sign up for this class in the calendar the same way you’d go about signing up for a regular CrossFit class. We ask that you RSVP and check-in as usual.
