“Starting soon, we will be adding a new class to the schedule called “Competitors.” This class is for athletes who have tested into our competitor programming or wanting and able to test in to our competitor programming (aka advanced programming in the past). If you are able to commit 100% to being a competitor in the sport of CrossFit, please send me an email ([email protected]) to set up a 1 on 1 consultation and evaluation for this class.
While this class does say “competitor,” it is not designed or meant for the weekend warrior, someone who is interested dabbling in local competitions or just having fun with the sport. This is for those with the goals/aspirations to make big competitions like the Granite Games Rx/Elite divisions, Regionals (our team or individual) and the like.
Our group class ‘Performance’ programming is designed for those of you who do fall into the category of maybe competing in local comps, the weekend warrior types, or those looking for a greater level of fitness. 99% of you should be or remain here.
If this new class sounds like something you want to partake in and test into, please contact me as noted.
We’re excited to dedicate a set class time for those of you with these types of goals. I will also email out more information once you contact me and after we have a consult.
