How was day #1 of the new squat cycle? Be sure to keep them moving and rest up! You will be sore for certain, so listen to your body and use common sense.

+++A note for the endurance athletes!+++

If you are signed up for CrossFit Endurance, which is a 12 week course that we offer to the “CrossFit Group Class” members for free!

You will still need to RSVP for class. Coach Dan will be taking attendance and letting staff know so that we can update attendance in the calendar.

We appreciate your vigilance on this! If you are on a punch card or 3x/week membership, the endurance classes will count as classes against the attendance limit.
