WOD: Teams of two complete the relay:
50 burpees, split up however.
50 partner wall balls. 20 / 14 (partner catches other’s throw off wall)
100 butterfly sit-ups. One person working at a time.
60 ground to overhead: 95/65. One person lifting at a time.
While one teammate is lifting, the other is tire pulling outside behind building. Switch after each tire pull. (45#/25# plate)
