3/31 WOD: Partner Saturday is back!
After a hiatus due to the CrossFit Games, we’re back with the ever-popular partner Saturday! What a great day! Good job all!
WOD:
100 pushups total (one partner works while the other holds a plank. Can only count reps when partner is planking)
30 squat cleans 135/95lb (must alternate each rep, each person does 15 total)
60 pullups (each partner does 30 in a row, while other does continuous mountain climbers)
800m partner run tossing med-ball back and forth the entire time.
