16.4 is officially behind us! Whether you were vertical, horizontal, or upside down, everyone brought it today and pushed forward through the second-to-last Open WOD. The 13th Weekend Warrior Superlative Award goes to Jack Batzner and Dan Wilde for, “most likely to get another calor… Wait what the… just happened..?” Sometimes life gives us calories for our efforts – and sometime it doesn’t – and well… That clearly sucks. We wrap the 2016 CF calendar next week, I look forward to celebrating the finality of fitness with the entire gang!
