Gymnastics Strength:

Single Leg toes to bar, alternating, Ball Ups, skin the cats ( only if athlete is able)-

WOD:
Ring Dips (Paralletes are scaled), Front Rack Reverse Lunges, alt. legs, Lateral Jumps over the barbell, Situps
