Funny enough though, we’re potty training our son and we were told to NOT use pullups as they hinder progress in the bathroom. But of course, for you all, tonight we hit up a bunch to develop that upper body strength. Technique is improving! Continue to ensure form is sound!

WOD: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of Pull ups and Double Unders.
L-1: triple each round for single unders.
Recovery: Prone calve and banded shoulder stretch.
