2/22 WOD: Evil triplet

The CrossFit Games 2012 are upon us! We have 25 athletes ready to compete! Great job everyone on stepping out of the comfort zone and competing! Let’s make this a FUN event, but also go as hard as possible.

Warm-Up: 20-dead-lifts, 15-hang power cleans, 10- hang cleans, 5-cleans.
Skill: Med ball cleans x25 reps
Strength: Clean 3×3
WOD: 21-15-9 of Thrusters (95/65) and toes to bar. Sprint to State St and back after each set.
Recovery: Supine back stretch, :30 second bar hang
