Strength: Dead-lifts 1) 3 x 70%, 2) 3 x 80%, 3) max reps x 90%
WOD: Half “Small” — 2 rounds of 1000 m row, 50-burpees, 50-24″ box jumps, 800 m run.
30 minute time limit.
Recovery: PSOAS, Wall Chest, and supine back stretches.
