- If you haven’t met the person you are paired with, you get to meet a new friend! Check in with Sara at the front desk to pick up your shirt(if you ordered one) or if you need to find your partner!
- A few things to note:
-We plan to be from 830-1030am for the event.
-We will not have any official classes. It shouldn’t take more than 1-2 hours to get everyone through it.
– A coach will be staying after we are all done and will keep the gym open until 1130AM if you want to do extra work AFTER the WOD.
-Share the love with MPS, each other and do this WOD with the BCF community. No open gym or doing your own thing while we do this. 830-1030am is for Love Gone Bad WOD only(or warming up for the WOD).
-The public, your friends, family, etc. can join you for this! Please bring them and/or register them online.
-We’ll be scaling UP the workout for those who want a greater challenge.
-Please help us spread the love to others and consider donations to CF MPS. We will have a collection bin if you choose to donate.
–Thank you for joining us for this event! We don’t do these often, but we know it’s a good cause and we as a gym want to help others succeed like we all have and continue to do.
