2/12 WOD

“We say “feel the burn” for many different reason here.  Yes you will feel a leg burn on some workouts.  You will feel your throat burn on others.  We have talked about the burn of passion, the passion of life, of your family, for your goals.  What about the “burn” to DO?  We expose so many weaknesses in people here.  But we also give so many opportunities to do things people would never do on their own.  Where else, and why else for that matter, would you expose yourself to doing 100 thrusters for time, or pick up cement balls, or climb ropes, or lift more weight that you ever have your entire life, or doing more push-ups, pull-ups and situps than ever before?  Our box is the “House of DO!”  We want you to DO more here so you can DO more out there!  We want you to get involved in our family so that you have more opportunities to even more things!  Ever gone sky diving before?  We had a whole group that went and did it!  We lift, we run, we ski, we play poker, we sky dive, we hike, we ride, we DO!   And we want you to DO with us:)……….so why don’t you sign up for the 2013 CrossFit Games Open and DO that with us too:) “–As said by Bill Grundler

Strength: 15 min to establish a 1RM Front Squat
WOD: 5 rounds of the following:
AMRAP 3
30 barbell jumps (45/35)
20 Situps
15 pushups
Rest 1 minute after each AMRAP.
