2/11 WOD: “Dysfunctional Partnership”

Over 20 athletes showed up to have a great workout! We will be continuing with the partner Saturday’s as they are fun and a nice change of pace from the individual WODs during the week.

Non working partner must hold plank. Only reps count if the partner is holding the plank. Otherwise, no reps.
