What we do is fun. You come in, you breathe hard, you sweat a lot, you get a little sore, you might tear a callous or two, you get all dizzy….where is the fun part? The workouts that we do are everyday tests to see what you are capable of. You never know exactly what you can or cant do until you try. We come up with stuff for you to do that will test your abilities. It may be a particular lift, or a particular task but it’s a test to see just how far you can go. Today’s WOD was just that — how far will you go until you have to stop. But the real fun starts when you get to put this fitness to the test in your real life. Being able to play ball with the neighbor kids, being able to do activities like you did 10 years ago, or feel like your able to do anything. This makes your life fun! Fun is being able to have no fears or worries about doing something but just enjoying the fact that your doing it! Lets go have some fun!
Strength: 3×10 Bench Press. Make each set heavy. (start at 50% 1RM)
WOD: 75 thrusters for time (115/75). *At the top of each minute, 5 burpees. (2 muscle-ups for Rx)
