Strength: Shoulder Press – Find new 1RM
WOD: Seven rounds of 7-Front Squats 135/95, 7-KB Swings 55/35 then 25 burpee cash out.
L-2: 30% 1rm back squat, 50/30, L-1: 85/55, 30/25.
