Starting next week, we are going to an RSVP system in Zenplanner. This will ensure that our classes and coaches are not overwhelmed, ensure proper coaching, maintain compliance with the city, and organization. I know this is not a popular option but it’s needed with growth of BCF. The cap on classes will be 20 people. If your class is booked up, then you can try another class. We don’t go over 20 often but we are are seeing it more than before. It’s inevitable as you all keep destroying your PRs and improving as you come. Who wouldn’t want to come!?!
With this, there will be some issues if people do NOT attend when they RSVP. There will be things we are going to implement to prevent this (financial penalties for repeat offenders) but it’s bound to happen. Same with NOT RSVPing to a class. We will see how it goes. But stay on the lookout for the email coming this week with very simple instructions.
