Several updates: NYE, Saturday, we’ll be doing the hero wod “Badger”! Fitting, right?!?!? It’s a long, arduous WOD that will take 20-40 minutes. But it’s what we need to do to celebrate this year of awesomeness! I was considering a burpee mile, but that will be a summer deal! 😉 Also, starting Jan 2nd, you MUST bring to me or another trainer your fitness goals for the next 1-3-6 months. We’ll go over your existing goals on the whiteboard too. Of course, make a yearly goal, but the 1-3-6 month goals should be SMART goals. One more thing: we are going to an online payment system starting this week! You will receive emails about your credentials to access the site soon. You no longer have to come in with checks, CC, etc. It’s all online with auto-renew options.
