12/16 WOD: AMRAPping a present

Reminder: Today, Friday, at 7PM, we are having our Social WOD at Firefly Urban Bar + Grill! Drinks and appetizers!  Members only at this time! :) Let’s have some FUN! And also, only one class tonight at 5PM. Please check schedule.

Skill: 10 cartwheels each side.
Strength: Squat 1) 5 x 40%, 2) 5 x 50%, 3)  5 x 60%, New clients find 1RM.
WOD: AMRAP in 20:00 of 5-burpees, 10-KB Swings, 20 moutain climbers
RX: 55 /35, L-2: 50/30. L-1: 30/25.
Recovery: Partner chest and back stretches.
