12/1 WOD: “Don’t Drop the Balloon”

Karee leading the bootcamp class through stretches.Awesome day today. Thanks to everyone who showed up for the popular boot camp class led by Karee. It’s a fun class, and a change of pace and routine from CrossFit, but you must sign up for it! As for the rest of the day, the partner WOD below was a beaut! And the competition class really worked hard at 10am and finished it with a brutal explosive workout.
