Sleep is the easiest, yet most difficult thing for a lot of people. But sleep provides benefits beyond that of just “feeling energized.” Of course, more energy = increased abilities and motivation as you don’t have to fight the sluggish mood/feeling. But it balances out hormones, and hormones play a huge part in how you think, feel, act, and more.

Sleep!!! 7-9 hours is ideal. But more importantly, quality, uninterrupted sleep. Set your schedule up to sleep, just like anything you value. And watch your productivity, motivation, mood, encouragement and results skyrocket when you get it, consistently.
