When you know your why, you can endure any how.

Example: You have a terrible blood profile (high triglycerides, poor cholesterol ratios, etc) and on the verge of diabetes and you want to improve your health. Your why could be “to live longer and better for my family, kids, my job, my spouse.” Well, now your excuse(s) for not coming to the gym and eating better isn’t valid. “But it’s cold out, I’m sore, it’s too expensive…” Your body doesn’t care about this excuse. Your why overcomes it.
