12 Days of Motivation – #2

One of the most common reasons to skip a workout goes something like this: “I am just too busy today; I can’t make my xyz class.”

We say baloney. If you unexpectedly had to pick up your child from school and had no back-up plan, how would you deal with the situation? Cancel a meeting? Bring work home?

The truth is that when we really need to, we will get out of work when it’s necessary. Make a schedule, stick to it, and remind yourself that working out is a priority worth keeping; because you always make time for what you value.
