Having fun in what you do is obvious, but often forgot. Sometimes, the focus can be on things that do not matter so much — the “coolness” factor of a workout, the weight, “how you feel,” or “the weather sucks.” Instead, a continued focus on the “fun factor” of being able to throw down with friends, lift heavy, sweat and fist bump afterwards can be the best motivation to workout if you let it.
