11/28 WOD: Chipper tasks.

Positive begets positive.  It sounds so simple.  Just think positive and positive things happen.  However, you shouldn’t be saying everything is fine just for the sake of saying it.  You have to see the good things around you.  You have to not let the little things bring you down or dwell on them.  When you are able to change your outlook to your world, you are able to have so many great things happen.  Your mind will be clear of frustration.  Test this for yourself!  Make yourself be positive!

Strength: 15 minutes Push Jerk practice/testing.
WOD: 30 hspu
30 deadlifts (225/155)
30 knees to elbows
Run 600m
30 db push press (50/35)
30 kb swings (55/35)
30 sledgehammers
3 rope climbs
