Everyday is a new day to hit the reset button and start again.  If yesterday you did not get the PR’s you wanted, or your workout didn’t go as planned, or you had just a bad day, then today is a chance to fix anything that went wrong.  Don’t waste it.  Take advantage of the chance to make things better and to get closer to achieving what you want to achieve.  SEIZE THE DAY!!!

WOD: 5 rounds for total reps
3:00 AMRAP of:
10 tuck jumps
10 KBS (55/35)
5 box jumps 24/20″
5 Thrusters (115/75#)
*Rest 1:00 after each AMRAP.
