In the last 8 weeks, she: -Lost 19 pounds! -Lost 1% bodyfat -Lost 2" off her hips. -Improved her total reps by 18% on the before/after workout. -Improved her 800m time from 6:30 to 5:00. -Only missed 1 point on the Whole Life Challenge!
