Check out Jen's transformation!!! Hard work, a great attitude and consistency in her daily habits made for amazing changes in 8 weeks! Proud of you girl! #transformationthursday @vintageeats_ ・・・ Sharing my before/after photos, TOPS-style, after completion of the @wholelifechallenge with @badgercrossfit . Still kind of half asleep 🙂 Results: big. 6-7 inches lost off my waist and hips, more from other places if I had measured. About 3% body fat gone in two months (but only three scale pounds). 15 pounds to go, but if these past couple of months has shown me anything, it's that consistency gets you to your goals. I look forward to showing off the AFTER after photo when I reach my goal weight. Thanks for everybody's support!
