11/17 WOD: Plate carrying

I think my son might do CrossFit when he's older.
Individual Warm-up: Turkish get-ups – 5 each arm.
Strength: Deload week, Bench Press 1) 5 x 40%, 2) 5 x 50%, 3) 5 x 60%
WOD: AMRAP in 15:00 of 5-HSPU, 5-DL, 1 there-and-back plate carry (25/15# plates each hand), 1-15′ rope climb, BRING YOUR OWN LEG TAPE, OR WEAR SOCKS!!!
*If you drop the plates while walking, 10 burpee penalty must be performed on the spot.
RX: 225/155, L-2: 75% of 1RM, L-1: 95 / 65, stinkbugs.
