Performance please come into the gym earlier as the entire class will be spent warming up and getting right into the strength. There is no WOD for performance.

Fitness: Bench, Pendlay row, Side plank-ups
Performance: Snatch, Clean & Jerk.
WOD:
Slam ball, wall ball, burpee box jump, farmer’s carry
