10/6 WOD: End of Whole30 Challenge – “Helen” part 2!

I-M-P-R-O-V-E-M-E-N-T - Congrats to everyone who completed this challenge! We hope you continue it, and keep improving!

Today was the end of the Whole30 Challenge. We’ve had a lot of people enjoy the diet, some didn’t like it, but most of all, everyone has improved. Bodyfat composition is down is EVERYONE, and everyone improved their “Helen” time.

A huge shoutout and congratulations to Christine Czarnecki for the top female time improvement on “Helen”. She had a 1:28 improvement! And for the men, Nate Mulder with a 1:53 improvement! Unbelievable guys! Well done on the Whole30 challenge!

I am still getting all the #’s for the bodyfat % improvements. Stay tuned…

Diet is 80% of the reason for your results in the gym – I strongly believe that. Create a nutritional foundation and our bodies will perform the way they were intended to. We are going to also open up the next 30 days to have another paleo challenge to those that missed it. Talk to your fellow athletes about what it’s like, your experiences, the good/bad of paleo.
