10/26 WOD: Barbells for Boobs – Amazing “Grace”

B4B-Amazing Grace raises money for Mammograms in Action. We are doing the WOD “Grace” (30 Clean and Jerks 135/95# for time) tomorrow 10/27/2012 to raise money for MIA. Please consider donating to this great cause! RSVP HERE

It costs $80 to give a woman a screening… Our goal is to give at least 3 ($240) screens. (UPDATE: GOAL HIT!!!!)


Skill: Agility ladder drills
Strength: 15 minutes to establish a 2RM Snatch Balance.
WOD: 4 Rounds of run 400m, 10 push press, 3 muscle ups (Scale is 9 pullups and close grip HR pushups) Rest 1:00 between each. (115/75)
