10/26 WOD: Double AMRAP

Tomorrow we do “Barbells for Boobs” – Amanzing “Grace”

What limits do you set on yourself?  Are you who your parents think you are?  Are you who your friends think you are?  Do they define who you are?  Does your job define you?  Do you do what you THINK you are supposed to be doing or what you need and want to do?  There is only 1 person who says who you are, what you are capable, and what your limits are.  And that person is YOU.  Sure its smart to get other perspectives on things but in the end its you that has to make the decision.  Dont be nonchalant about the importance of you determining your life.  Take it serious.  Realize both the good and bad of you.  Continue the good and fix the bad.  There are no limits to what you can do or who you can be.  Take control!

Skill: Agility ladder drills.
Strength: Back Squat: 1X3 @ 90%, 1X1 @ 100%, 1X1 @ 105%, 1X1 @ 110% 1X1 @ 105% – rest 3:00 between sets. (Based on 1RM)
WOD: 3 rounds for total reps of:
3 minute AMRAP of:
5 Squat Clean 135/95#
15 tuck jumps

Burpees
