Strength: Shoulder Press 5×3

WOD: Five rounds of 5-hang power cleans, 10-burpes, 20-double unders.

RX: 185 / 115, L-2: 105/85, L-1: 65lbs

Recovery: Hamstring, groin, calve stretches.
