Strength: Bench Press. Find new 1RM!

WOD: Five rounds of 15 – Power Cleans, 10 – Push Press, 5 – OHS, 30-Double Unders

RX: 135 / 95, L-2: 105 / 75, L-1: 35.

Recovery: Back stretches, shoulder stretches, hamstring stretches.
