…but, I suppose that struggling is what life is all about. Things that are easy tend to be a lot less fun!

Now sit down with your protein shake, watch this video, and be proud of yourself.

Strength: 20 min to est. 1RM clean & jerk.
WOD:
5 rounds for time of:
1 Bear Complex (7 cycles without letting go of bar)
21 Push-ups
Rest 2 minutes between each complex
